Is there a nonexperimental way to calculate the exact amount of overhead space that NTFS partition will require (given a particular cluster size)?

Theoretically I would imagine it's possible since the MFT and metadata sizes should be deterministic.

So for example, given a disk of size X and cluster size Y, how much space will NTFS occupy in terms of X and Y?
