Go to the Layout tab under Chart Options > Axes > Horizontal Axis > More options:

Then in the dialog, uncheck Values in reverse order:

Is this 2013? This is how mine looks like: – Eran Apr 3 '14 at 18:42
@Eran I have excel 2010. See if you can find Horizontal Axis options somewhere? Maybe when you right click on the horizontal axis? – Jerry Apr 3 '14 at 18:45
@Eran I can also access this dialog by right-clicking on the horizontal axis > Format Axis – Jerry Apr 3 '14 at 19:03
@Eran Hmm, I just looked over the docs and it's apparently under axis options. Could you try looking there? – Jerry Apr 3 '14 at 19:11
@Eran Spotted! – Jerry Apr 4 '14 at 11:35
