Most of the free web radios have audio advertising. Do you know one without it?

www.radiosure.com , about 12000 stations. I'm sure most of them are adfree. i know because i use it.

What OS are you on? If you're on Vista or Win7, you can download Pandora's desktop gadget. It is not technically "uninterrupted", in that once an hour, you will need to click a button to say you're still listening, but in terms of advertising, it does not broadcast any ads in the audio stream and is uninterrupted in that sense. It handles advertising via a small graphical ad in the gadget UI.

The page says Vista, but I can confirm personally it works fine on Windows 7 also.
