I am scheduling a task (definition update, windows) and I want it to run when the computer connects to a network (any network). I'm running windows 8.1

The "action" is correctly specified, because when I attempt to run on demand, it does run.

I followed the instructions given here How to launch a command on network connection/disconnection?

(I don't have enough reputation to comment there)

There it suggests the following:

On the Triggers tab, click New... and select On an Event from the dropdown box.

Choose the following settings:

Log: Microsoft-Windows-NetworkProfile/Operational
Source: NetworkProfile
Event ID: 10000

However, this doesn't trigger the action. How can appropriately choose the event?
