Outlook 2013 has added a new feature that's causing me a bit of grief. I like to add people to my contacts directly from an email, by hovering over their email address and selecting add:

Step 1

Step 1

Step 2

Step 2

Step 3

Step 3

In Outlook 2010 this would bring up the full contact editing window, but in 2013 we get this little user card. This bothers me, since I like to adjust other values (such as "Display as"). It also has a bug that when you declare someone's name to be "Foo Bar", it adds "Bar, Foo" to the contacts.

Is there any way to disable this and load the full contact editing form? I found similar problems discussed on pages such as this, which suggest adding the following registry key:

Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Common\Contactcard
Value name: turnonlegacygaldialog
Value type: REG_DWORD
Value: 1

However this had no effect.
