Win 7 grub overwritten

Win 7 grub overwritten [closed]

ubuntu 9.04 and win 7

I had win 7 and vista installed on my laptop when i installed ubuntu 9.04 the grub for win 7 was erased and i can only see choices for vista and ubuntu in boot menu how do i overcome this problem
