I have a computer connected to one Ethernet card attached to my internal network and another one attached to USB Modem (3G), Both interfaces can reach Internet but my Ethernet network is behind a proxy which prevents to reach some real IP addresses with specific ports, so I'm using 3G modem for these IP addresses as a work around to overcome proxy limitation. I did some researches to reach just these real IP addresses via 3G modem and all other internet traffic goes through my Ethernet network. I use some routing rules to do that but The Issue is when calling any internal website or computer name from my internal network the DNS resolution failed, So how do I resolve this issue?

Issue may be with routing rules and DNS settings. Can you post your interface setup details and routing info? –  titus May 5 '14 at 12:50
