Super User is a question and answer site for computer enthusiasts and power users. It's 100% free, no registration required.

Until recently, it was easy to force all pages in Chrome to display in your preferred font. It was a simple matter of editing the custom.css file for Chrome with your important preferred font style. So, all pages would be displayed alike for the font part of the page. For some of us, this makes it much easier to read the text.

Google dropped this support recently, evidently. There are several extensions that offer to solve this problem.

Is there a new excellent way to do this? I'd prefer to not do this on a site-by-site basis but to force a font for all pages.
