Is there a hotkey to position Chrome Metro mode windows to the left/right half of the screen?

When using Chrome as a Windows 8-style app I can have multiple tabs and windows open inside the space that Chrome occupies (á la Chrome OS). These windows can be moved and resized to occupy the left/right half of the Chrome space by hovering over that little square on the top right, next to the close window X (the Chrome ones, not the Windows 8.1 update 2 ones that slide in from the top). Is there a hotkey to that I can press instead of moving my mouse all the way over? Think Win+left/right arrow but inside the Chrome Metro space.

Another useful shortcut: switch between Chrome windows inside the Metro app by pressing Alt+1 (source superuser.com/questions/702522/…) –  Emil Lindfors May 8 '14 at 22:02
