My firefox is crashing continuosly...i have tried reinstalling firefox...but the problem is still there....

I would try disabling add-ons one by one. Sometimes they can conflict with each other and cause your browser to crash. Also, if you're recovering tabs when you restore Firefox, some of those could be the cause as well.

Open task manager and see how Firefox is using processor time and memory while idle. If it goes haywire, just disable / remove addons untill it behaves normally. Worst case scenario means you have hw issues! ;)
