MS Outlook 2010 with IMAP Charter e-mail account setup properly. When sending outgoing mail, get this error from "System Administrator" - bounces back within 1 second of clicking send - message does not occur when sending from phone or webmail for this account. I have run multiple malware and virus scans from multiple vendors and cleaned off a lot a malware and one rootkit - and have contacted Charter's SPAM Dpt. Message still persists.

Outlook sometimes holds incorrect information in the autocorrect (.nk2) files, meaning that even if you type the address correctly, the autocomplete data is used instead. Use nk2edit to check the autocomplete data for the address you are sending to, or remove the address from the autocomplete entry and try sending again. –  JohnnyVegas Jun 24 '14 at 16:32
