I am not able to install the netmon msi downloaded from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=983b941d-06cb-4658-b7f6-3088333d062f&displaylang=en#filelist

OS: win XP

In the last step of MSI, it says "unable to install/no changes made to system". I checked the eventvwr for any error messages but could not find any

is there anything i need to tweak to install this MSI thanks

seems the MSI was corrupted. had to re-download and it installed fine
