I am confused by how this works. It took me two days, but now I see some connection from my DD-WRT router (as PPTP client) to a remote VPN server, e.g. issuing the command route on the router:

Kernel IP routing table Destination Gateway Genmask Flags Metric Ref Use Iface default nas-doc-4-bu70. UG 0 0 0 vlan2 * U 0 0 0 vlan2 * U 0 0 0 lo * U 0 0 0 br0 * U 0 0 0 br0
VPN-SERVER-IP nas-doc-4-bu70. UGH 0 0 0 vlan2

(real IP masked here)

But if the remote network uses addresses (subnet) 192.168.77.x, shouldn't I be able to reach such addresses from my computer behind this router now? I am obviously not able to. (A simple pings fail with timeout.)

Or maybe the VPN is still not up?
