I'm sorry if this could be flagged as a generic question and not too helpful but I'm desperate in getting windows to boot. I just purchased a HD5570 Radeon video card and installed the updated drivers from the AMD website (catalyst), but it just won't go past the windows logo loading screen on boot up. I tried uninstalling old default video drivers from safe mode, installing in safe mode the new drivers, changing installconfig workaround to true, all solutions seems to not have worked. I just disable the video card driver now to default VGA driver to get in windows now...

my motherboard is an Asus M2N68-AM SE2, running on athlon xp 3.7, 3 gig memory, 500 gig seagate hard disk, windows 7 Ultimate fresh install.

Please help, thank you.

Which version of drivers did you download? – Sathya Sep 13 '14 at 6:57
Thanks for the reply, I got it fixed, it was hooked up to my LED TV and the reason I couldn't find input in the computer LCD was because the primary monitor was set to my TV instead of my computer. Once I reversed the primary and secondary monitor everything was ok.. – buencamino Sep 16 '14 at 7:28
