I'm running kubuntu, and I've been building a script that allows me to switch my desktop from light to dark and back. I just started using terminator, and I'm wondering if there's a way to switch the profiles on all the terminal windows inside a script. For example, with konsole, I run

sudo bash -c "konsoleprofile colors=GreenOnBlack > /dev/pts/$f"

inside a loop where $f is all the files in /dev/pts

One thought I had was to find a command and run it with "send to all" enabled. However, this only works in the current desktop and I have at least 4 with terminator running in them.
