Is there any way / software to save videos into my physical drive? Firefox Download Helper addon does not work for Joost videos.

Haven't tried it recently but stream transport did work for me.

I tried and it works! Great find. +1. – Mehper C. Palavuzlar Aug 14 '10 at 13:42
Are you sure? When I tried it,it gives me "Sorry, the video you wanted to see is unavailable." error. – NT. Aug 14 '10 at 22:23
Yes I am. I randomly selected a Joost video, and it downloaded it (2.6 MB), renamed it as flv, and saved on my hard disk. Maybe the video you tried was problematic, try the others. – Mehper C. Palavuzlar Aug 14 '10 at 22:51
With which video did you succeed? I can try and see the result... – NT. Aug 15 '10 at 5:44
This one. – Mehper C. Palavuzlar Aug 15 '10 at 11:58

I've used Orbit Downloader with some success in the past.
