In Mac OS, just resize it and then you will be able to create a new partition out of the free space.
If you want to move it to the back of the disk, then use parted
or gparted
by loading from, let's say SystemRescueCd.
All you need to do is highlight the free space like you have in the screenshot and click the plus sign at the bottom of the partition map. It won't touch the common partition at all. When you hit the apply button, it will confirm this.
