Can anyone recommend a good wrist rest for a keyboard and/or mouse. I've purchased a few different ones over the years and they seem to either be very uncomfortable (hard foam) or fall apart within a week or two (cheap gel filled). What I'm looking for is a high-quality set that will be comfortable and durable. Does anyone know of a manufacturer who makes a product like this?

I really love the memory foam wrist pads for mouse and keyboard. It depends on personal preference though. i used to have the gel type ones and then were ok. I then had the bean bag type which I love, but are just a little soft some days. The memory foam are my new favorites though since I got them.

This isn't the exact one I have, but similar: http://www.fellowes.com/Fellowes/site/products/ProductDetails.aspx?Id=9178201

Office stores might have some you can try out and feel for yourself. There is a lot of personal touch/opinion of them. I have owned 3 types and thought I would love them all the best out of the options out there.

I have to agree. Memory foam wrist rests are very comfortable and last longer than the gel filled ones (at least for me anyways). The material covering the gel seems to tear very easily. I'd suggest a mouse pad with a memory foam wrist rest and a keyboard with the same. You might also be interested in an ergonomic keyboard which are designed to minimize muscle strain.
