I am looking for an open-source accounting, inventory and billing software. Whether online or offline it doesn't matter. If online that paid version will also do.

I Google and found Agile, Citrusdb etc. I just want to know if any of you are using any other and found it reliable, please suggest.

Check out GnuCash in the realm of open-source. It's quickbooks-esque and extremely functional.

And for online see Freshbooks which is a paid app, not open source, but offers everything your specified.
