I have a bookmark which I saved in Firefox 3.5 (it is in json format). I wish to import this on a Firefox 2.0.0.11 but for some reason I am not able to do this. I believe it is because of the old version of Firefox 2.0.0.11. Note that I am able to import the bookmark back to Firefox 3.5.

Is there a workaround for this?

I gather exporting to html, and importing doesn't work. (if I remember correctly FF2 had a html import option) ? – ldigas Dec 14 '09 at 16:59
Are you sure you want to continue using that old and now unsupported version of Firefox? – alfplayer Dec 14 '09 at 23:03

in FF 3.5 export your bookmarks to HTML FF2 (or almost anything) should be able to import HTML bookmarks
