Does anyone know of a good digital pen product (like the Logitech IO2) that:

  1. Can cleanly integrate with Microsoft OneNote
  2. Works with regular paper (not expensive DPS paper)
  3. Works with Windows 7 - ideally Win7 x64

wrt #2, are you aware that some DPS pens now allow you to print your own dot paper? (requires access to 600dpi colour laser postscript printer). – matt wilkie Jul 19 '10 at 18:01

I recommend Genius G-Note 7100.

It meets requirements 2 and 3, however not sure as I have never tried on point 1.

It doesn't integrate with OneNote out of the box, but there is a free, open-source importer utility available here: code.google.com/p/dnt-onenote-importer – Leo Bushkin Dec 19 '09 at 1:13

Capturx for OneNote syncs handwritten notes on paper into OneNote 2007 and 2010 using Windows XP, Vista, or 7 (32- or 64-bit).

Capturx is an add-in for OneNote allowing you to print blank sheets (ruled or unruled) from your office printer on ordinary paper directly from OneNote. Then you simply write on the paper using the digital pen.

When you connect the digital pen to your PC, all of your notes and sketches are automatically integrated into OneNote as OneNote ink. The handwriting can be searched, converted into text, or shared in any Office application.

Take a look at a Asus T91 tablet PC, both in 8 and 10 inches. full tablet/touch Pc running XP.
