with freebies, the selection is rather limited ... if you're looking for something more sophisticated such as sending email alerts, screen capture, etc, you'll have to consider a a commercial solution.

Note that depending on your business's location, you may want to be careful legally, as you can get into hot water if you end up capturing things like an employee's bank website password, etc, esp. without their knowledge. – phoebus Dec 20 '09 at 8:53
