when ping for two different ip address say 202.177.251.xxx and 59.183.5.yyy one after other one of it always fails. say if i ping one ip address it does not receive packet back and then i ping second one in a loop it receives the packet back though both are connected.

Are you saying that it doesn't matter which one you ping first, but the first always fails and the second always succeeds? Or is it always the same one that fails while the other always succeeds? – Nick Meyer Dec 22 '09 at 14:42
