Can some one tell me if I can video conference with multiple people simultaneously with Skype or another free software on Windows XP?

Basically being able to see and interact with multiple persons on my monitor

Skype has just release a beta version of the client on Windows that does up to 5 user video chat.

There are many ways to do this. Several services like WebEx exist and many have free trials or inexpensive "pay as you go" options which are fine for occasional use.

Not for Windows XP, but on Macs iChat will do this for free.
