This sounds like one of those old Microsoft interview questions. – David Thornley Dec 24 at 16:40

It's difficult to tell what is being asked here. This question is ambiguous, vague, incomplete, or rhetorical and cannot be reasonably answered in its current form.

Your question lacks enough definition to be answered.

When is a system a server? I have a Mini-ITX system that is my server here at home. Would these things count too?

When is a system a personal computer? I was at the local super market yesterday and I notice the POS (Point of Sale) systems were running Linux.

Etc.

Here I ment PC = 1 computer which 1 user uses fore home-like needs. Server = Something big farm or something like that Google, Yahoo, MS, SUN, like servers in Universities and so on. – Ole Jak Dec 24 at 14:18
Now, what do you mean by power? That involves processor power (difficult to specify by itself), disk speed and capacity, memory, I/O, and other things. – David Thornley Dec 24 at 16:41
power = sum of rocessor power (difficult to specify by itself), disk speed and capacity, memory, I/O, and other things. – Ole Jak Dec 24 at 18:17
