iTunes 9 does not show icon in Windows 7 taskbar?

Do you guys know how to correctly pin iTunes to the taskbar? Yes, I can pin it but when I open iTunes, it will open another window. If I pin that another window, I can't change its icon. I want to pin a working iTunes with custom icon. Also, I can't see any jumplist on my iTunes. I've done a complete OS re-install already but the problem persists. ):
