Hi, As Windows becomes slower when multiple applications are run, can someone point out the best performance tweak for Windows XP.

TweakXP.com has all you'll ever need. There are a lot of them there. Nothing I know is really the "definitive tweak" to make Windows run fresh though, except a fresh reformat. Although driver updates work wonders.
