I have been trying to identify a song title:

 http://www.last.fm/forum/5/_/518694

The original poster did not seem to know, and now he has removed the video from youtube and apparently is not around to repond to comments.

Is there any other way to re-obtain a youtube video that was removed by a user if the user himself cannot respond to request to repost?

Is there any way to identify a track if someone knows the link to a (former) youtube video that played that track?

As far as getting the video back, I wonder if it could still be in your browser cache. I've tried searching and can only mentions and thumbnails. I tried looking at non-US versions of YouTube hoping they hadn't updated the deletion yet but no luck. I tried searching for the title hoping someone cloned on a non-YouTube site, but no luck.

I learned the hard way if there is a video I like to download because this could happen at any time.

Good luck.

I found two forums talking about the specific event that was filmed in the youtube video, one of the posts mentioned;

comments say it is a BoC track called duffy, which according to bocpages, is a track from acid memories. So we have 3 scenarios

good case is that this is a fake by a talented artist better case is it actually IS duffy from acid memories BEST case is that it is a leaked track for the new BoC album!!!1!

these are the forum links:

I'm hoping you can glean the information you are looking for from one of these two sources.
