Five Best CD and DVD Burning Tools - check it out, and see if you like anything. I like ImgBurn myself.

I don't do this a lot, but ImgBurn has been good to me as well. – MetalMikester Jan 7 '10 at 19:20

Try ISO Recorder. It seems to work well and works even in Win7.

I am a big fan of CDBurnerXP for writing to DVD's and CDs. Also, I like ImgBurn. Both are available on Ninite.

already recommended by Idigas ... you should upvote his post rather than copying (parts of) his answer, if you're such a big fan of these products. – Molly7244 Jan 7 '10 at 19:28
I use both products on a regular basis, cdburnerXP for writing and burning and imgburn (despite its name) for making ISO's, I wanted to recommend both - so I will, and I did upvote Idigas answer for congaing imgburn. – William Hilsum Jan 7 '10 at 19:44
