  • I don't think without using Chrome extension it is possible. To use extension see this: chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/full-page-screen-capture/…

  • Can you use a portable app from a USB stick? If so try Screenshot Captor

Summary of steps (if you prefer text):

  1. Open Developer tools
  2. Toggle the device toolbar
  3. Set the desired resolution in the device toolbar
  4. Select the More options overflow menu in the device toolbar
  5. Select Capture screenshot or Capture full size screenshot
  6. The screenshot will be saved to your Downloads folder

    On very long pages, this still does not capture the entire page. I don't see all of my content and there are still scrollbars. Oct 11, 2019 at 15:02
  • The maximum is about 10k pixels tall.

You could take several screenshots with Print, save them with Paint and stack them with a program like Microsoft Image Composite Editor.

Also see Web Screenshots, a web app that works in all browsers.

You can check out Fireshot a chrome extension. It includes these options;

  • Capture entire page.
  • Capture Visible part.
  • Capture Selection.
