I am trying to prepare a product catalogue in word for all of our marketing documents.

The documents come in different languages and are stored in different locations on our web server. I want all the language options displayed under the thumbnail of each document.

I know how to create a dropdown menu in word but am not too sure how to hyperlink the options in them. Is it possible to do this? If so, how?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello internet... :) If you hyperlink the form all options will be hyperlinked I’m pretty sure. Have you tried running a macro for each option selected? – user23907 Jan 14 '10 at 22:09

@dwight Will it have to be a separate macro for each option? Or do I just need a macro to enable hyperlinking and then define the destination links for each option ? – user24843 Jan 14 '10 at 22:11
