I used to connect my MacbookPro to my Windows XP machine through an ad-hoc network. On my Windows PC I have internet connection sharing turned on so that I can access the internet on my laptop. However, recently this doesn't seem to work anymore.
After many many hours of experimentation I found out that it works if I use an open (insecure) network. So any kind of ad-hoc network using WEP or WPA doesn't enable me to go on the internet.
Does someone have an idea what might have caused this? Or, even better, how to fix it?
