Which software can be used:

  • Open->simple edit->save .wma file? Without annoying questions about format/bitrate/etc... (I prefer previous parameters).
  • Cut off parts of tracks.
  • Merge several tracks.
  • Noise reduction is also desired.

This described ideal scenario. If some software is close to it, it could be useful.

There are editors described at http://superuser.com/questions/63555/edit-sound-files. Do they fit suggestions above?

Thanks in advance!

Audacity can't handle WMA, not sure about WavoSaur, but it doesn't look like it either. – Molly7244 Jan 22 '10 at 22:44
Note that when you load and save a lossy format like WMA, even with the exact same settings, you will lose some audio quality. – bobince Jan 22 '10 at 23:16
@bobince: thanks, I see. The main idea is to load file, makes more modifications and save. I don't want to answer extra difficult/annoying questions during this process. – sergdev Jan 24 '10 at 13:57
