Possible Duplicate:
What RSS reader(s) do you use?
I need a good desktop (Windows) based RSS Reader that can fetch updates in 1 minute intervals.
All the RSS clients I've tried allow only a time period as low as 30m or 5m.
Any suggestions?

RSS Bandit (Open Source C#) can also go from 0 minutes and higher and if the presets are not enough, just type in the amount of minutes that you require.

Although you've asked for a desktop rss reader: My favorite choice is Google Reader. It's simple, fast and it seems to get feed updates right away.

You can change Feedreader's update interval very easily. Simply right-click a feed, go to Edit Feed and choose an interval from the Update Period dropdown box:
Feedreader is freeware and a portable version is available.

are you using Opera? If yes, you can use it's built-in RSS feed reader (which is pretty sufficient, unlike the built-in mail) and adjust feed update speed as you like. If you're not, check it out, it's worth it.
