Can you toggle function keys on / off with a keyboard shortcut on OSX?
I know you can toggle this option on and off in the System Preferences screen for 'keyboard' but I'd like to know if I can do it via a shortcut as I do it all the time.

Safari: how to directly jump from 'omnibox' (ie. 'smart search field') to search results (as in Chrome)?
In Chrome, TAB takes you directly from 'omnibox' to search results. This doesn't seem to be the case in Safari (it takes ~12 TABs). Is there any way to remedy this?
