Render Video as png with Alpha

I have pixel art that I want to put in an animated png. I animated it in the timeline, but when I rendered it into a series of pngs, It has no partial transparency. Anyone know how to solve this?

Set .png default compression in Photoshop CS6

Is there a possibility to set .png default compression options to "NONE / fast"? Whenever I try to save as .png, the default option is set to "smallest / slow".
