I'd like to back up the registration of my copy of Quickbooks so in the case of a fresh reinstall I don't have to go through their online registration. Where is this registration data stored?

Whenever I select item from "Memorized Transaction List" and then check box "Show in iCal", and then "OK", it won't remember that and nothing appears in iCal. Can someone help me with that?
