comment “This file came from another computer…” - how can I unblock all the files in a folder without having to unblock them individually?
ZoneIDTrimmer is the name of the tool, not the alias of the person.

Maybe by increasing the maximum number of documents in the history list?

comment PDF viewer that can invert all colors (not only text)
This assumes the poster is using a Mac. However, the mention of Foxit Reader, which does not have a Mac version, leads me to think the question is for Windows.

comment On Windows 7, dir or tree can't show unicode characters, even starting cmd with cmd /U
Even if I change to Lucida or Consolas and run cmd /u, I don't get the Unicode characters.

comment Standalone mounting utilty for Windows Server 2003 x64?
I doubt it exists. Virtual CD drives usually have to install a driver to simulate the drive and install an application to specify which image to mount.

Edited my post with yet one more tool :-) . If it works, you can create shortcuts to it with various brightness levels.

comment Deleting entire lines in a text file based on a partial string match with Windows PowerShell
agreed, but I used the same filenames as used by the original poster, to make the answer easier. He used co2.txt for both input and output.

comment How to discover if a specific address/port is reachable?
TCP is used, as telnet establishes a connection. UDP is connectionless so you cannot tell if someone is listening or not.

comment Windows 7 shows a drive as full in summary but files shown on drive are very small
yes, as it's part of the metadata. AFAIK ADS is mainly used for setting a flag on files downloaded from the Net, so you're asked for extra check when you run them. Now if a program would store massive data in the ADS in the correct way, chkdsk would not fix anything.

@Richard: if it was admin scripting, that would be for Server Fault :-)
