Just a geek :)

Beware of wauzers, for they are crafty, and like cheese.

I'm a singaporean computer geek with a very wierd set of majors, and a odder sense of humour. Many people are convinced I'm an ultra intellegent dog, which I neither confirm nor deny. My avatar is a small organic canid of slightly uncertain heritage and a lot of attitude called Ash, who happens to be my public face on the internet.

I'm also one of the top users on superuser. While my answers and edits have hopefully gotten better over the years, there's occasions where I'm uncertain whether my edits are of acceptable quality or not. When this is the case, I rely on my cybernetic counterpart, Aibobot to do edits. Feel free to accept or reject these edits as you would those done by a new user.

comment Lenovo power supply
From experience, any lenovo power supply with the right tips work - there's usually a 'regular'/travel varient and a 'quickcharge' varient, both of which work with the same models and differ with size. There also seem to be official 'standard' to 'slim' tip converters as well. So yeah, this seems tight

comment Boot setup option is being skipped, Windows launches right away
Is this on windows 8? I'm guessing its an OEM machine and you have fastboot turned on. Could you confirm the OS and what make/model system this is?

I would consider a AMD module of two 'cores' comparable to an intel core

Apparently its a known issue with that particular series. I guess they can malf up anything if they (don't) try hard enough

comment Coudn`t find linksys wrt54g version-6 firmware
I'd also add that its unclear what you're trying to do. If your router works, as above, you shouldn't need a firmware update.

comment Coudn`t find linksys wrt54g version-6 firmware
You don't really need to do anything. It should just work if its plugged in. Its been a while, but I believe your router should have the ip address 192.168.1.1 if its working - plug in power, plug a computer into a lan port, go to that ip address and poke around. That said, the WRT54G is a pretty old router, and you've gotten a later, slightly crippled model with less ram than the original, which is worth knowing.

Welcome to superuser. Programming questions arn't on topic here, and even if this was posted on SO, it would likely be closed - Its a pretty bad question as is. If you've posted here because you have a SO question ban, don't - we're less likely to migrate programming questions over there since a lot of people try to do this. If you've not- well, this is the wrong place

It sounds like you're trying to reply to a question, and without more context, we have no idea what you're talking about.

comment How to delete TeamViewer on a Mac
Your caps lock appears to be stuck, and you're missing basic details in your question. I'll be glad to reopen your question once quality issues are fixed, and you've included information like what versions of OS X and teamviewer you're using.

comment Is it possible to mirror a network port to evade blocked ports?
You could leave it as that host port, and port forward at the router. Or better yet, set up a local VPN and use that for external access.

comment CPU 100% - wordpress site
OP's running it, so... that's not entirely true here. This is a generic "what the hell is happening to my linux system?" question. More information would be essential - what web server? What base distro?
