comment How to access a server on VMware from the web?
I think you're confusing 'the web' - more correctly http/https and maybe https2. Also, you might be behind double nat - you may also need to port forward from whatever's between the wider internet and your vmware workstation/player install.

comment How to tell if it's either the CPU or the Motherboard that is bad?
In my experience, its kinda hard. I once was getting thrown cpu errors when my motherboard had some physical damage. To make things more fun, it might also be a GPU error

comment Some sites does not work with IPv6
Might be the servers. I'll probably see if I can reproduce this at home (where I have dual stack) . Does this happen with other browsers?

comment How can I stop my monitors from wobbling?
Worth working out where the wobble is. If the display stand is secured and flat on the desk, or of your desk is rickety. With my desk the legs were crap so I kept the top and swapped the leh with cheap IKEA trestles.

comment Browsers not working in windows xp
Or an alternate OS. In any case IIRC chrome is dropping support for XP. Firefox supports it for the near future. Nonetheless, sticking to XP is not a great idea. Any hardware that came with XP is old, and you might want to check the hard drive (for example) to see if there's any speed issues with it that may cause lagging.

comment Is there a way to configure Office 2007 to use other color schemes?
Welcome to superuser. We arn't a traditional forum - we expect answers to directly answer questions (and I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt to whether this will work on 2007), and you're always free to edit your answers. I've deleted your older non answers.

Is this running windows 8? Might be using fastboot, or a really wierd 2 key combo to get in.

comment Preserve factory state of hard drive in new desktop computer
Oh smaller HDD would be a different problem. MOST tools would make you resize the install first, and in this case it won't be exactly the same as a factory install.

comment Trouble at Setting Up Webserver
Your router might be using port 80, or you may have a port block. Its always a good idea to test with a wierd, uncommon port first.

comment Is it safe to assume that a mobo of a given form factor will not be even 1/2 a inch larger than the specified form factor?
A standard is a standard. However many OEMs ignore it. Its definately a better idea to get a new case.

comment How to open Utorrent automatically clicking on a .torrent file
Take a deep breath. Turn off your caps lock, go over your question, and fix it up. Include things like what version of utorrent you are doing, and what you might have done recently that could have done this. Then flag, or ask on meta for reopening.

comment Monitor fails randomly
Anything that's not a regular electrolytic is probably going to need more work/skills than the average hobbyist can do. Not even sure how you'd work out a surface mount cap is faulty
