@cybermonkey: No part of your comment makes any sense. 1. GBps means Gigabytes per second, Gbps means Gigabits per second. There's no GBPS. 2. DDR3-1066 has a peak transfer rate of 8.5 GBps. 3. The native transfer rate of SATA III is 6 Gbps, which gives a maximum data transfer rate of 0.6 GBps. 4. There are SAS SSDs and PCIe SSDs, so SATA III's limitations are meaningless.
