comment Excel COUNTIF range search returning #N/A
IFNA did fix my problem, so it would be the ideal solution to my formula. But I have now changed that formula to do the task much more tidily (see other answers).

Thanks cathoo, it sounds as if I need to explore other functions! A colleague has a different solution to my problem. I'll expand on his answer in my own answer to the question.

comment Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack “The converter failed to open the file” error & “This is a pre-release version”
Hi pac, I'm under the impression you can install any of the compatibility packs under 2000, but only through trying to open an .xlsx file (or .docx etc) will you know if the converter is working. I even encountered some strange errors with a 'beta' version of the compatibility pack (and messages about it expiring), but it is not one of the versions listed above.

comment Excel using INDEX and LIST to return multiple results
Sorry guys, I was under the impression I couldn't use VLOOKUP as it would only return 1 result! Seems my google search was wrong and it can! Thanks & apologies for the duplicate.

comment How to connect a desktop SATA harddrive to laptop?
It would only be bootable (I believe) if attached via eSATA and not really by USB. USB would be possible but you would need to reconfigure multiple parts of windows to get it setup. USB would also be very slow, obviously USB2 & 3 are quicker, but still no match for SATA speeds!

I have amended my answer to explain, in my experience it's 'close enough' but all depending on your application and what you are using the images for will depend on how close this is.

comment Is “Cleversoft PC Tuneup Maestro” malware?
Came across this 'malware'. It correctly removes itself if you run the uninstall from Normal mode. Checked with Malwarebytes and CC after removal. Still totally unsure where my user got it from!
