comment Any harm in swapping SATA ports?
That's the thing. Windows' Disk Management may not be an option if Windows fails to boot up properly b/c user account data is stored on drive D:. Therefore, the question is whether I can change drive letter before starting Windows, with some Boot CD.

comment Any harm in swapping SATA ports?
@Ramhound: Boot order should not matter because the boot drive C: would remain at the same port. I'm asking about switching ports D: and E: and whether the disk to drive letter assignment would change if I swap the ports.

comment Firefox: Add a custom Google search including pre-defined keywords
I know that trick and got it already implemented. I see both tricks as complementary, since I can easily assign a keyword to my new custom search engine.

This one probably works too but the form is too complicated and takes too long to fill out.

searchplugins.net worked well for me and your explanation was fine, except that I had to figure out that if you have several additional keywords, you have to separate them with "%20" instead of spaces. But good stuff anyway!

Where do you enter the additional keywords in that form?
