Incidentally, if I let Grammar change it to mally, it's spotted as a spelling mistake, and the suggestion is Mally!

In RoamingCustom.dic it's shown as Mally, not mally. I removed it and added Mally to the local CUSTOM.DIC - still complains about capitalisation. Adding it back to ReoamingCustom.dic as Mally doesn't help.

Unfortunately, no. The laptop tends to receive fewer installs than my desktop, so I'm not quite sure why it had an extra font.
