I have an MPhys in theoretical physics and a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics. I leant programming during my research, helping to develop a vastly parallel code for two-dimensional general relativistic magnetohydrodynamics using F90. This code was used to study the dynamics and radiative emission from pulsar wind nebulae (http://arxiv.org/abs/0907.3647).
I am relatively new to commercial software development and have recently left theoretical physics, I now work full time as a software developer. Coding mainly in C# and C++.
