I am a software developer in Johannesburg, South Africa. I specialise in C# and ASP.NET, with SQL Server. I have, in some way or another, been involved in software development for about fourteen years, but always learning something new. At the moment that is WPF and MVVM. The message isn't encrypted, and the radio broadcast will be commercial.

The message is small enough to be slightly below audio frequency as well. The audio will be mainly speech, with i'm sure enough base to camouflage any audible residue.

I am a programmer, so no problem there. This sounds just like what I need. I just mentioned that the signal should be transmitted over FM radio, but not dependent on it. See my change to the question.

comment How do I set up YouTrack on our dev server so that we can all access it?
Aah, yes, I just did that as an extra - wishful thinking - task. My alt is for everyone to access the same DB from each of their individual (bundled web server) installations.

And how would I do that? BTW, why would I not need to open ports on the remote firewall. If they aren't open, how does an HTTP request get in to the web server?
