I don't think that you really got the point. The very key hidden in the middle of the very lengthy quote is the one I already said had no effect. Anyways I tried and also changed that key for the default user, without any success.

Thanks, Melissa. I did verify that Outlook is the default (updated my question). I will try the "close Outlook" trick and the repair-office approach and see whether it helps. (I'll not be able to do that before March though...)
