That is not a correct assumption: not every ffmpeg build is the same version or have been configured the same, and I have no idea about the details of your inputs. Why do you not provide the requested info? This is the last time I'll ask. You probably could have had an answer by now.

The command was meant to provide information about your ffmpeg build and information about your inputs. It wasn't a suggested command for encoding or for providing a solution. I can't provide an answer without this info.

Please show the complete console output of: ffmpeg -i video1 -i video2

As usual you need to also provide the complete console output from your command. See Markdown Help if you don't know how to format it properly.

comment how to maintain the pixel clarity using ffmpeg to resize .gif to .gif format
No, unless you are ok with the poorer quality of not using the palettegen and paletteuse filters. The PNG file is just a palette file that is later used by paletteuse; it is not your GIF being converted to a PNG.

comment maybe incorrect parameters such as bit_rate, rate, width or height
You're stuck with that build, but it seems broken. I don't think there is anything you can do if you must use the allegedly broken build.

Usually the console output provides the actual error, but I don't see it in your output. Perhaps it's a broken build. Can you test a static build of ffmpeg? I'm guessing you don't want to actually re-encode the audio, so add -c:a copy. Also, you can replace trunc(ow/a/2)*2 with -2. Lastly, the stream rotate metadata will be copied. Some players will use that and others will ignore it. One option is to physically rotate the video, since you're filtering anyway, and strip the metadata. I can provide more details about that later.

comment Join 2 mp3 files with one having lower volume than other
Just noting that if the inputs are stereo this will create a 4-channel output (one reason why I asked for the console output). Adding -ac 2 will make it a stereo output if desired.

The command will be similar other than the input name.

Please show the complete console output of ffmpeg -i a.mp3 -i b.mp3. The info will be useful for providing an answer.
