I'm a mechanical engineer by education, but have stepped out into a more software oriented career path.

While coding, I use Objective-C, C, PHP, MySQL, Python and Bash, depending on the application. My personal website rocks WordPress, including multiple custom plugins to expand its functionality.

I also like to build custom computers, and am currently using an overclocked 4.0 GHz i7-950 and GTX470 that are cooled by water in a custom built cooling setup.

Occasionally I've been known to step away from the computer, and when that happens you can usually find me driving my VW Golf car or Four Winns 180 Horizon boat, and sometimes I even pick up a book or my guitar.

Yep you're right... I think it's because I'm creating a symbolic link inside a folder that was created as a symbolic link. I created a link from the Desktop and I:/ worked fine.

Just did, but mklink requires both link and target designators... I used . for link and it said I couldn't create the folder that already exists
