I think you are right in your calculations, its megabits not megabytes! But these advertising companies just confuse you on TV when they say its megabytes!

@MarkM i think you are right, but you know that when they advertise they use the word "mega bytes" not "mega bits" and now i can see why i am getting 100 kb/s.
