I think you are using a bit of incorrect terminologies. When you say LAN, do you mean an ethernet cable? (LAN means Local Area Network, where PCs can be connected either wirelessly or using ethernet cables.) Also, why do you need a separate router 4? You can simply connect box 3 and box 5 using an ethernet cable, and let box 3 remain connected to the internet wirelessly (you would have to manually configure the IPs on box 3 and 5).

Why do you need 2 routers? Why isn't just 1 router enough? I think that would make things more easier.
